Rimu Journal

A friend and I made a journal together. Kay did the Rimu covers with the Pyro'd deer,  I did the binding and pages. Pyro is burning on wood. called pyrography. We used to call it "Hot Poker" work when we were kids. Kay does a fantastic job on all her creations.She uses mainly native wood, as its grain and colours are complementary to her work.
